We did tile for our house in Med Center that did not have any house numbers on it. Lovely imports from Mexico found at small shop near there. Was disappointed that our new home (2020) had the builder address block.

I was going to suggest tile! I’m going with talavera myself.

I strongly recommend optimizing for legibility. The one on the right probably wins.

they're both cool because they don't use gentrifier fonts

Tile and remember a solar light for overhead so it can be read at night.
