Sometimes it sucks being intelligent. Having a rising amount of mental health issues and anytime I talk to someone about it they will say oh have you tried xyz, and I'll go yes, also abc, 123, 8675309, and that new thing that came out recently because I looked it up...

Helping my dad while he is recovering from his spinal cord injury and the show he was watching had an extended team's call sound, sent me into a full blown panic, fuck you #Oracle for giving me #PTSD!!

The United States is now a colony of the Russian Empire, everything make sense now, the War in Iran, the red carpet in Alaska, the attempt to destroyed NATO, everything. Comrade USA.

According to the government I am fucked in the head. Disability was approved first try. I'm not handling it well. On one hand glad to be able to get some money, on the other it means this is just the start of my struggles.

With it being men's mental health awareness month and mine being especially bad figured I'd write about it a bit. It sucks, but also I'm ways people don't normally think. Currently it's 03:22 and I've given up on trying to sleep tonight. I'm exhausted but I can't turn off the danger alarm in my 🧠.

And the worst of it all I have tried 46 different medications, therapy, CBT, dbt, in patient, out patient, TMS, spravato, and a handful of other treatments/therapies and nothing works longer than a couple months. I'm beginning to think the kind of broken I am doesn't have a "fix" at least not for me

Not sure what the point of any of this is but figured I'd write it down at least. If you have any questions let me know. Apparently I'm pretty okay at helping others just not myself.

I don't want to hang out with friends or family right now. Mostly because I don't want my dark cloud to ruin their day. When I manage to find a rare smile or chuckle I feel guilty afterwards. I'm not finding enjoyment in anything and my usual go to (gaming) I've lost all interest in.

The duckling Trump killed in the Reflecting Pool turned out to be a fitting reflection of what his administration is doing across the country. They are damaging wildlife, undermining environmental protections, and treating conservation as an afterthought.

Achievement get: breakdown at work You have had a complete mental breakdown at work turning in your company equipment. Well that was embarrassing. Time to dwell over things you can't control and make it worse. Yeah, fuck me I guess...

Scheduled to turn in my laptop tomorrow and the anxiety of going into the office for the last time is preventing me from sleeping. PTSD from work is a special brand of personnel hell.

Update, making remarkable progress and was able to take my first steps again. Continue to be ahead of the recovery curve likely thankful to getting to the hospital so quickly. But unfortunately same as the last time they have been unable to find a cause of the issue which is frustrating.

So best guess at the moment is I had a TIA this morning. Being locked in my own head not able to move or speak is not an experience I recommend. Making progress hour by hour, but currently on bed arrest in the hospital.

Just talked with the nurse practitioner and evidence is pointing to me just being super dehydrated. Which is also interesting because I usually drink over a gallon on fluids ever day. So not likely to spend the night but will have to do follow ups with GI and PCP.

It's like...next level fucked upness by leadership when they do layoffs and then get on a meeting and say that people have chosen to pursue other opportunities. Like sure, they will be doing that, but not by choice.

As a sexual abuse survivor, I need to talk about my anger. I'm so angry about the government not stopping Epstein when they had the opportunity, causing hundreds more girls to fall prey to him because of inaction. I'm enraged about the cover up. And I'm furious about lack of care for young girls.

So I'm strongly considering getting a motorcycle again. I've mostly narrowed it down to a Kawasaki Ninja or a Honda Shadow. I've driven only cruisers and want something to mostly tool around town. Anyone have any recommendations or advice?
