Feel free to mull over the fact that the language you (plural) use to describe you (plural) ends up retraumatizing us (non-q***r sexual minorities. The Q-slur leaves the level of “MY personal identity” when it becomes the whole group’s name.

For fuck’s sake. You do not get to unilaterally, on strangers, “destigmatize” a violent and hateful slur that still retains its hateful power. That is the self-identification equivalent of rape.

Haley has definitely been traumatized by this word and I can't understand the complete extent of that. My critique Is more regarding this self-aliation of people who identify as such. Even in Los Angeles, it doesn't seem very good to be visibly trans. Not sure where I'd have to move

If you “aren’t transmedicalist”, that means don’t think that healthcare is a human right for transsexuals. No antimedicalist is a friend to trans people. Transmedicalism is not some trauma for you armchair therapists to talk through. It is common sense.

Transmedicalists are the most oppressed and misrepresented trans people.

“Trans joy” is a ridiculous concept that I don’t even want to hear sarcastically. It’s on the level of “Boy, I sure am glad that leprosy is eating my body alive!” and “I love it when my husband is drunk and physically and mentally abuses me till I bleed!”

There’s no such thing as “trans joy”. The only joy I feel related to transness is when I feel cis.
