I've been wanting to prepare some short R tutorials occasionally (in general and sometimes education large-scale assessments focused). Anyone here with platforms suggestions? 👁️

Please please please for the love of god don't fall for the "AI is democratizing creativity and making it more accessible" lie that AI companies have been pushing ever since this shit first started. If you think AI "art" is good for anything besides making tech bros rich you have been fooled

meanwhile €8 one hour in Hamburg Airport 💸

JWexTheSpa@jwsidders.bsky.social

One thing I’ve noticed in France is there does not seem to be this need to rip you off all the time. We went to Toulouse airport to pick the kids up this am. We were there two hours. Parking right outside the terminal cost €6.60. It would be far, far more for similar in the UK.

I'm using ChatGPT to get some quick accessibility tags summaries of some tables. I noticed that the new version didn't "remember" my previous instructions as well so went to the subreddit to check... this was the top post. The damage this stuff is doing to some people is out of my expectations

This is sometimes called the “chancellor majority”. If the candidate fails to secure an absolute majority in the first round of voting, a second round is held. The Bundestag then has 14 days to elect another candidate to be Chancellor. There is no limit to the number of possible ballots, although an absolute majority is always required (Article 63.3 of the Basic Law). Continue reading...
