26 October 1942 | Two transports of Jews arrived at #Auschwitz from Kazerne Dossin in Mechelen in German-occupied #Belgium: 995 & 476 people. After the arrival selection, SS doctors sent 460 men & 116 women to be registered in the camp. The remaining 895 people were murdered in gas chambers.
