The loss of chestnut trees was a long time ago so people don’t remember what they were. They were massive and marched all across the northeastern forests creating shade and feeding wild life as well as settlers and native americans. People have been searching for survivors.

They should all be doing this because they know that he's a prolific liar and a con man with absolute bad intentions toward this country. If they don't, then they're complicit.

You can scream all you want about the election being rigged, but your lawyers lost their licenses and went bankrupt. We all heard you beg for 11,780 votes. Your poll numbers are in the toilet. The economy is shot, except for your $4B grift. And Epstein is not going away.

The Suspension Clause: 1) Doesn't allow the President to unilaterally suspend habeas, especially when Congress is in session; 2) Applies only to cases of invasion or rebellion (this is quite clearly neither); and 3) *Even then,* applies only "when the public safety may require it." (It doesn't.)

Stephen Miller says they are β€œactively looking at” suspending the writ of habeas corpus, which is only allowed when the US has been invaded or during an insurrection, which would not allow people to challenge their incarceration in court if they are arrested and detained.

[Benjamin] Franklin listed in 1769 the three ways which nation might acquire wealth, and gave his opinion on each: β€œthe first is war… this is robbery. The second is by commerce, which is generally cheating. The third is by agriculture, the only honest way.”
