Could be both. But it is a flat out lie.

Hey Alberta: is this incompetence or a full on intentional lie? 9003 Acute Care Spaces is NOWHERE near a record number for our prov In the late 1980s we had 17,790 acute care spaces in hospitals (~12,000 acute care beds, +LTC beds) 1988: 7.4 beds/1000 2026: 1.5 beds/1000 1/2

Polling results alone aren't going to change the world. Capitalist governments don't do something just because the majority of people want it, we have to force them to listen to our demands. It's on us to turn popular support into popular power. www.thewatchdog.ca/canadians-wa... #CDNPoli

CDC was the pinnacle of disease prevention it doesn't make sense why, until it does. Healthy people aren't profitable. Too much of a stretch? Sick people are thrown out of hospitals when their insurance runs out, they aren't profitable either and we know this is true.

I was a fan of at the time underground newspaper Georgia Straight. I had aspirations as a writer, so drifting into newspaper publishing naturally lead to creating my own rag.

It took one election to go from climate inniatives to oil expansion. We made them tell the truth, no more whitewash. Now they'll ignore us because they control the government. They'll kill our children's future to make profit ffs.

Let me ask one question. Is Trump smart enough to have concocted this himself? No. Trump is following a plan, Project 2025 constructed within the Atlas Network. A network developed by members of the Mont Pelerin Society in 1947 by Freddie Hayek. the original 1%'ers. Their goal was to...

By my count, only 14 of 47 UCP MLAs have publicly declared they plan to vote for Alberta to remain in Canada in the October 19 separation referendum. Only one has declared they have voted otherwise. daveberta.substack.com/p/tracking-w...

Hell that's what most Canadians thought with the truck convoys bearing Canadian flags. It's like the MapleMagas made an effort to soil Canada by misrepresenting the flag as theirs. Skins a little thicker now but, it's still insulting. Cloud!

Finally - my plea. If you think that boycotting the vote will "send a message" to the premier, please, please think again. If you haven't voted yet, please do - even if it seems pointless. Our very democracy hangs in the balance.

Last week, I joined more than 70 upper-class white women in Calgary for a thoughtful conversation about the issues that matter to the wealthy elites across our province. They are really struggling with affordability and rising costs of private education & healthcare. #abpoli

Until I cancelled it, when PrimeTV started up I'd watch the blue arrow show up and think it was Bezo's insult. Then it shows up here deflated. As an artist it looks like an afterthought, like a wipe your ass afterthought.

NEP. I remember that Alberta battle with Ottawa. Lougheed successfully told the Feds to shove it and built pipelines to the US instead of refineries in eastern Canada. Or something like that and way more. I like to think of it as Alberta shooting itself and Canada in the foot.

Hey look someone finally gets it. The 1% are fine if their useful idiots like Trump take all the hits, as long as they remain out of public exposure. Now these aren't superior people as they like to see themselves, no these are Musk's, Trump's, Noem's, and Epstein's, really deplorable people.

Bank of Canada security officers have been on strike for 100+ days. The Bank has been caught twice violating federal anti-scab law and even hired Pinkertons, a contractor notorious for violent strikebreaking. PM Carney says he stands with workers. Why won't he condemn this corporate lawbreaking?

I am now seeing separatists telling each other to ignore the other 9 questions and focus on Option 2 for question 10. They are arguing that the other 9 questions are a mechanism to work within Canada.
