The West misunderstands its own far right : "The self-serving centrist use of the term populism to describe right-and left-wing movements has lent a veneer of respectability to right-wing extremists and eased their entry into the political mainstream." Someone said of my work "Love how this looks nothing (like) AI!" The critique of AI only on aesthetics- seems reactionary to me🤔 Ironically my visual language, I'd call Auto Imprint (AI) 🙃 is adapted from "Autotypography" developed by 19th C printmakers- pre photographers?-Henry Bradbury

"The Irish and us, we have the same goal" Sigurd and Deben The story is set in the 1920s, during the nationalist movement and peasant resistance in the Bengal Province, British India

Maybe those boys on that distant star were free. Ashanto and Mohun, two teenaged boys, meet in Calcutta and are immediately attracted to one another. Fun fact: The author wrote one of the longest poems about kissing (Chumban) :D

Taresh, the boy hunter. Those Boyhood Years is the first English translation of a century old coming-of-age BL set in colonial Bengal, 1920s. "Chhele Boyeshe" (1926) was a lost classic by renowned children's book author Shibram Chakraborty. Check with Speaking Tiger Books for more details!

Those Boyhood Years by Shibram Chakraborty. First published as “Chhele Boyeshe” (1926) now translated to English. This gay coming of age romance is a forgotten debut novel by a 21 yr old after his stint in prison during the British Raj. He went on to become a Bengali children's book writer later

Those Boyhood Years, a forgotten Bengali classic from 1926, now translated to English. One of the first queer novels I have read set in the anti colonial resistance movement in India from that era

International media has failed to link Nepal flood to climate crisis. Experts are not warning anymore- they are witnesses. Nepal is wedged between two large scale carbon emitters and Western aid is also disproportionate to its emissions
