Been doing #quar meetups for a year so did a special scaled up model for the shop that hosts us and did a big linked one day campaign that was really fun. This was painted with a limited palette inspired by a zorn palette and I’m really happy with all the silly details. #minipainting #jhbackdrops

Finished up a #quar sandwich carrier unit and trying out a new camera lens? Vintage MC Volna-9 lens on my fuji xt-20. It’s a nice macro lens that seems excellent down to ~1:3, but has some weird ghosting/light abberations at max 1:2 macro. Lends some interesting character! #minipainting #macro
