I can't think of many I have a strong enough opinion about to be controversial, so I guess I'll say... Godfather 3. Though that's mainly to do with thinking the previous two aren't as good as everyone seems to believe Oh, and Terminator Salvation! It was a bit dull but better than T3 by a long way

Knightmare was one of the all-time greats of kids' tv. There was nothing else like it at the time, and precious little that's attempted it since. 3 kids guiding a fourth through a dungeon of painted rooms populated by a combination of special effects and real actors.

It's the weekend and that means #RandomGameSaturday! This week we get Dawn of Sorrow, the first of the 'metroidvania' style of Castlevanias I ever played. I remember it made me draw symbols with the stylus because gratuitous touch screen features

And for #RandomBoardGameSaturday we get Politix, a game I bought when I was trying to find games that did something fun with politics. I don't think I ever played it. Apparently it contains real figures from Finnish politics (circa 2009)

Give this a look also! And support indie DLC generally - all of the absolute nonsense that has been chatted about DLC historically has largely emerged from cynical guff emitted by a few big players. Making stuff that players actually like at a price they are happy to pay for it is GOOD.

35 years ago, the Master System was being eclipsed by the Mega Drive. However, Sega's older system still had more than a few goodies up its sleeve - largely thanks to US Gold. Super Kick Off, Gauntlet, and Impossible Mission were especially good.
