all I'm gonna say about Billy Corgan is he's always been a cunt and there's a reason I've never seen the Pumpkins live despite owning their entire discography (pre-Machina) on tape and CD and it's because he's a fucking cunt and it will not be worth my time lol

do I still love old Pumpkins stuff? yes, it Shaped Me. But I love the D'arcy/James Iha stuff the most and they got out 20 years ago (good for them!) and honestly, if I can't see Those Pumpkins, I'm just not interested in The Billy Corgan Show.

genuinely delighted that the Tannies are in São Paulo rn. They're probably right off Avenida Paulista and can even enjoy the vibe. (Don't try and tell me Namjoon is not going to MASP, he's probably there RIGHT NOW, lmao. Such a cool fucking museum and literally unparalleled collection)

also, a nerdy little detail that I loved is that these cinderblock/clear acrylic stands show off the BACK of every painting as well. So many cool stamps and stickers and hand written annotations and history that the public never gets to see!!

anyway if you ever get a chance go to MASP in São Paulo, it's a whole day's worth of stuff but it should be Bucket List level for any art lover, seriously. We were even luckier and they had a huge exhibition of Van Gogh paintings while we were there.

I'm skipping Bueños Aires because mom and I picked São Paulo so we could see it together, I can't do 2 weekends in a row of BTS concerts and I'm extra glad that after this week I can just veg in bed and also saved $30

okay we're like 4 days into this house buying thing and I'm already overwhelmed and exhausted the list of things we need to own to Properly House (snow removal equipment, yard care, misc. necessary house upgrades like doors, power tools, etc etc) is....so long. It's so long.

making this house registry is hilarious bc there's so many things we DON'T OWN bc we did a small courthouse wedding + never had a wedding registry. I hope everyone is ready to chip in on these power tools and a snowblower now lol, 15 years later 😂

(ps the house does have doors! but we have several key spots that need Cat Doors cut into them for litterbox access and you can't really install a cat door into a slatted door. so. some basic doors need to be purchased.)

on the plus side G's parents offered to cover our closing costs which was COMPLETELY unexpected as they had already gifted us a lump sum to help with our down payment?? but also G is the only child of 2 white collar professionals so. Not gonna turn it down + they can afford it 🤷🏻🎉
