In the last 1.5 year, I’ve ended most Buy n’ Large purchases, shopping instead at small independent stores like Benny's Pet Depot, named in memory of the owner’s rescue dog. Benny's marks anniversary #18 this week w/3 days of activities + an adoption event. Christopher & I checked out the fun today.

Tomorrow March 28 -- over 3,000 #NoKings protests across the US and on almost every continent! 
I plan to join the Lancaster PA protest led by local chapters of Indivisible, the ACLU, the League of Women Voters and many more. Join me in Lancaster, or any of the thousands of other locations!

Who else will be at a #nokings protest this Sat Mar 28, and where? Here in South Central PA alone, protests are planned in 12+ locations including Harrisburg, Lancaster, and York -- and I plan to join at least one. A few photos here from some of the many protests I joined in 2025.

The @pcrm.org has petitioned HHS and USDA to withdraw new Dietary Guidelines over unlawful influence from meat & dairy industries. PCRM’s legal action in 1999 successfully limited industry influence for a quarter century. I’m rooting for another successful legal fight! More: youtu.be/6fMwWDfH7e8
