Imagine how massive the tax breaks for billionaires must be when cutting $700B from Medicaid, $500B from Medicare, and $300B in food assistance STILL leaves a $4T deficit.

Trump announced he wants to cut $163B that would've gone to health care, housing, child care, education, clean energy, nutrition, & research. But he wants $1 trillion for the Pentagon, which has never passed an audit. It was never about waste, fraud, and abuse. It's about making the rich richer.

(1) If it’s a statutory challenge: convince Congress to pass a law. (2) If it’s a constitutional challenge: try to amend the Constitution. (3) If that fails: rally voters to elect politicians to do (1) and/or (2). (4) If that also fails: question whether he is wildly popular.

They’re only doing that because they don’t think they’ll be another election or another fair election.
