Important new study out at Nature Climate Action showing that individual climate actions do not stop people from participating in collective climate action. Instead, they were associated with greater collective engagement and somewhat stronger policy support. www.nature.com/articles/s44...

A funny thing about having separate accounts is that I debated posting this in my academic profile simply because I mentioned finishing a paper's revisions, hahaha

I was recently in Kerry for the Age-Friendly AI's first Citizens' Think-In event! It was incredibly enriching to discuss everyday AI topics with participants. Looking forward to the next events!

Happy to have joined Age-Friendly AI today in Cork for the 50 Plus Show! It was so enlightening to talk to older adults about their thoughts and experiences with Artifical Intelligence.

Super proud of this short weekend project!

Games can educate, challenge, and open conversations — even around topics we often avoid. I spoke with @square2mom.bsky.social about her award-winning game (val)iant, sex ed, emotional pacing, and care through play. 📰 Read the interview: open.substack.com/pub/andrealm... #GameDev #SexEd

It was super fun to work on this game with some friends! While not 100% intended to be a serious game, it ended up having quite strong sustainability education elements! 🌲🌿 #sustainabilityeducation #sustainability #ttrpg #rpg #1pagerpg #seriousgame #gamebasedlearning

🌿 In Greenia, nature = magic. ✨ Created for the One-Page RPG Jam 2025, this short game lets players fight pollution, restore ecosystems and rebuild community while strengthening the land's magic. A tiny RPG with a green heart. 💚 🔗 almoghost-exe.itch.io/greenia #TTRPG

🐞Create nature corridors in cities 🌾Allow nature to take back nooks & crannies (sometimes called “weeds”) 🦋Mow your lawn infrequently & do not fertilise it, to encourage plant diversity & 🦋 🅿️ Convert paved front gardens back to nature

“… for every 10% increase in impervious surfaces – such as roads and building cover – there was a reduction of up to 7.5% in the variety of pollinating species…” Cities need more green & blue spaces for nature (and people) to thrive.

Was a pleasure to be interviewed! Thank you for the opportunity!

mobOS isn’t just a game — it’s a full-blown operating system that brings that early 2000s internet back: desktop pets, dodgy downloads, and a programming language you can use to build games inside the game. Read my full interview with @palmonds.dev: open.substack.com/pub/andrealm...
