Here's a listing of the 24 PoA, Principles of Authoritarianism; the explanations of each can be found in the comment thread from a few days ago: 1. Leader/leaders and followers of the regime were/are insane 2. Upward wealth redistribution 3. Upward political power redistribution

1/ Last night, the Milwaukee Brewers moved to one win away from the franchise's first-ever World Series title, blasting the Tampa Bay Rays 10-1. The game was scoreless through the first two innings, then the Brew Crew scored a pair in the top of the third. In the top of the fifth, the Rays managed

9/ establish "the floor" to be determined. Also, they'll have to figure out what to do with the teams at the top of the salary scale. Do they make the "hard cap" $350 million so that all teams are currently under it? What will be the floor? There are some other things to be negotiated, but, it's

10/ clear that the hard salary cap and floor will be the biggest bone of contention. There's something else: both sides might be motivated to quickly make a deal because a strike or lockout might anger enough fans to tamp down in-person attendance. These next few months in MLB will be interesting.

7/ $202.08 million by Detroit. Fourteen teams spent in the $100 million range, from Arizona at $192.6 million down to Washington at $101.6 million. The five least-spending teams were all below $100 million, from the $98.9 million spent by the Sacramento A's down to the team who spent the least, the

8/ Cleveland Guardians, who made it to the American League Championship Series against the Rays... they spent just $74.4 million. Because of all of that above (the team salary figures), the expectation is that the player's union will ask for a "salary floor" and the percentage of the "hard" cap to

5/ only two "penalties" for going over MLB's current cap is a dollar-for-dollar "luxury tax", which MLB calls the "CBT", Competitive Balance Tax. If a team goes enough past the cap, they're penalized in the next draft, having their highest draft picks dropped by ten spots. This past season, the

6/ NY Mets were the biggest spenders, with a payroll of $346.7 million; the LA Dodgers were next at $339.3 million. The New York Yankees were the only other team to spend more than $300 million, at $308.3 million. Eight teams spent in the $200 million range, from $291.9 million by Philadelphia to

3/ streak within one postseason, nine, which would break the record they share now with "my" 2014 Royals. Should the Brew Crew win tomorrow night, it might be the last MLB game we'll see in a while... the current Collective Bargaining Agreement between the player's union and the owners expires on 1

4/ December and there's a likely possibility that the owners will "lock out" the players to get a favorable deal. The biggest point of contention between the two sides is the owners' want of a "hard" salary cap. Currently, MLB has the "softest" cap among the four major professional team sports. The

2/ to get the first two outs but leave a couple of runners on base and looked like they'd get out of the inning unscathed. Nope... Milwaukee became the first team in MLB postseason history to get seven hits in a row, and those plated eight runs to make the score 10-0. Tampa scored a meaningless

3/ run in the bottom of the ninth to take the goose egg off the board. Milwaukee's in position to become the first World Series participant to sweep the series since 2012, when San Francisco swept the Detroit Tigers. With a win tomorrow night, they'll also set a record for the longest winning

Yup... his last day in politics will be 2 January, 2027... If the Kentucky GOP cheats, as I believe they will, he'll be replaced by a Fascist GOPer. But, if the Democrat somehow wins, look out...

Giving tax breaks to the wealthy and big corporate masters of the Fascist GOP DO NOT CREATE JOBS... THEY NEVER HAVE AND NEVER WILL. What those ACTUALLY do is to foster upward wealth redistribution, the second PoA, Principle of Authoritarianism.

In addition to that, there MIGHT be as many as 1,000 trans people in this country that are not athletes. The Fascist GOP thinks that there are many more than that.

There are less than 100 trans athletes competing in high school athletics across the country with fewer than 10 playing college sports. The number of trans athletes and voter fraudsters in the U.S. wouldnโ€™t fill up a high school cafeteria, but fear mongering over them is the GOP platform.

On my other account, I posted a thread about catfishers & Russian bots, that we've been "overrun" by them. But, me being a big dummy sometimes, figured out why it's so worse over there: that account is just a week old LOL I'm keeping it, for now, just in case this account gets hacked/hijacked again.

62 times, courts, Juries, verdicts. FELON LOST 2020. End of story due to zero proof of interference OR FRAUD. **one phone call made by Prez Trump to Georgia begging for 11,700 more votes, recorded phone call. That was greasy.

1/ Now that my vote has reached the county elections office, I sit back and wait for 3 November and the results. I'm hoping that not too many of my fellow Oregonians weren't/aren't stupid enough to vote for that lying b*tch Christine Drazan for Governor. Her latest ad is a great example of how

7/ up and leave. We won't miss you and you'll go to a state that will love to have you. Just fucking do it; give up the ghost, FFS. I've correctly mentioned before about the split of voter affiliations in this state. One-third of this state's registered voters are NAVs, Non Affiliated Voters, like

8/ me. I urge my fellow NAVs not to be fooled by the Fascist GOP politicians and candidates in this state. They want a Fascist regime. If we stupidly elect them into power, this state will exactly be like all of the other Red states. Trust me, you DO NOT want to live under Fascist rule.

5/ Fascist GOP or double down. As I write this, the commercial has just come on my TV. I dunno why the Fascist Oregon GOP tries so hard in this state; they're not wanted here. Just leave, you idiots. Stop claiming you still want to live in a Constitutional Republic/democracy... we know you're lying

6/ about that. Oh, another thing... Just because you SAY you despise DJTS doesn't actually mean you do. You can't "divorce" yourselves from him and the rest of the Fascist GOP. Continually lying through your teeth will not get you anywhere. All your claims without proof are pathetic. Grow the fuck

3/ enough to believe her. To all Oregon GOPers: I repeat, again... Oregon is not the state for you... if you truly want Authoritarianism in general and Fascism in particular, there are plenty of other states to which you can move... Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, Utah, and all of the former Confederate

4/ States of America, aka, the "South" in the Civil War. They'll welcome your Fascist asses with open arms. Drazan claims to love Oregon, but is a member of the Fascist GOP. You can't have it both ways, sweetie... you must choose one... stop acting and speaking like a Fascist GOPer and leave the

She says that she's not going to "ban abortion or abolish the Oregon Health Plan", and, if elected, she won't "let Washington DC run us over". ๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜… I dunno whether I should laugh some more or be offended that she thinks we're stupid

The Blazers scored the first 21 points in the game and led by 31 after the first quarter. During that opening part, the Suns were 0-8 from the field and committed 5 turnovers. No Blazer played more than 23:51 (just under half the game) and all Blazers who played scored except for two.
