Maybe. I've been watching democratic politicians cave in, compromise, and fumble every opportunity for the past 20 years. Most just want a status quo, not to actually fix things. Not to mention that many are paid by the same masters as the Republicans.

Actually that is false. Recent example? Biden in four years kept Trumps tax plan/budget and only got us Juneteenth and road repairs. The Democratic elite did everything in their power to stop Bernie and people who campaigned on his values. So no. Things dont het magically better.

incorrect. allowing an octogenarian with cancer to remain on the supreme court was intentional. allowing the republicans to stonewall a vote on scalia for a year+ was a failure of will. biden could have epanded the court. we all saw what was coming. the dems needed to act, but they want fascism.

Staying on the seat was Ruth's decision. It was the Republicans abusing procedural process that allowed that stonewall to occur. Biden most likely would not have had the 60 votes required to pack the courts or codifying abortion rights now that I think about it, either, but he should have tried.
