I saw this advert at London Victoria on Friday. I know RG is simply flogging his endorsed vodka using his own brand of cynical humour, but I feel as if we're slipping ever more into this self fulfilling dystopia, like we're all literally living in a 1980s sci-fi movie satire now.

Spent much of the afternoon listening to the new Max Richter album. There's something about his music that emotionally resonates deep inside me. In the past his music has helped me find a way through darkness now he's helping me negotiate (hopefully) calmer days

So I finally got around to doing the whole 9 albums thing. I've taken it literally, 9 records that shaped my musical outlook as a teenager, they're not in any particular order but they all inspired me to go on the hunt for more of the same, searching out links, influences and more by those artists.
