Kyle(Arbalest)

Finally got some time to sort a streaming schedule out for the next few months! I'll be streaming every Sunday from 2pm for 3-4 hours working on new and existing speedruns! Any additional days will be confirmed/added. (No promises it won't be niche metroidvanias) www.twitch.tv/angelarbalest

I'm coming up next after Super Mario 64, which is currently happening right now!

Bioware being closed down doesn't surprise me, but it hurts all the same. I adored so many of their titles, and now EA happen. I hope they are all able to find their feet as quickly as possible, such a crappy situation.

LIVE NOW 🔴 www.twitch.tv/snackp1ge0n FIRST TIME EVER PLAYING CASTLEVANIA! sponsored stream! thank you KONAMI for the key! #ad

at £20 now which I never expected to hit. I'm grateful that anyone would watch, and even more so that they would donate to a wonderful cause - especially in such a difficult time. Thank you.

Time for some more Castlvania! twitch.tv/angelarbalest

Got later than expected so change of plans, will postpone and instead do a longer stream tomorrow 4-5 hours at least. Will update time soon

Also been loving Castlevania: Belmonts Curse. The blend of Dead Cells meets Castlevania gameplay has been extremely satisfying. Highly recommend.

Finally sat down and finished Coffee Talk Tokyo this morning. Got the best endings for each character too. Honestly, this one hit home a bit more in places than I expected it would. Lovely story, great chill game. Highly recommend. I'm not sure i'll go back for other endings, but who knows!

We're taking one last trip down memory lane before the release of GTA 6 💭 Bringing us back to the 80s at #UKSGBlue26 is @deano95hd.bsky.social. He's currently running #GTA: Vice City Definitive Edition - Any% Remember the name: twitch.tv/uksgmarathon 📻

Complete, I think.

Deleted my VoD for todays stream earlier. It felt very crappy and i clearly wasn't in the best state for it. Maybe try again tomorrow when I'm not in a bleh mood. It showed on stream the entire time

Behold the Princess of the Underworld!🌖

Vintage fashion magazine study, work in progress.

Ocarina of Times Remake looks great. I agree that Links face, both young and adult - are a little uncanny. But generally the visuals, the environments, stunning. I am ready for the Water Temple to once again ruin my day :))

Yesss Edinburgh and Glasgow. gotta get me a ticket

TODAY!! PAX West @gamesdonequick.com Speedrun Stage at 2:30pm Pacific www.twitch.tv/gamesdonequick

Prepping a flat to sell is stressful.

Seeing DLSS 5 screenshots and vids of it in in use makes me realise just how awful it looks. Noone wants this.

How does anyone prioritise what they want to do hobby wise, versus learning, versus creative. IE. how do you get away from decision paralysis and losing time.

That Golden Axe tv trailer did not do it for me. I don't think we needed it super aware and referential. Shame, i think it would have a genuinely good premise to adapt otherwise.

Fast Pace for Friendspace Thre3 goes live in just THREE days! We'll be raising money for @takethis.org during our event so they can continue their important work providing mental health resources to the gaming community. <3 Full schedule: horaro.net/fpff3/schedule

I don't deserve this viewership or generosity. Thank you.

There you have it.

LIVE NOW 🔴 www.twitch.tv/snackp1ge0n it is (almost) time! GDQ Hotfix waiting room :D lets practice!

Guess I now have a reason to get these done.

Seeing everyone in England/Wales are getting wildfire warnings. Please stay safe and keep hydrated. I really hope the worst has already passed.

Metroid Fusion practice - aim for 1:45 or lower www.twitch.tv/angelarbalest

Has anyone got any metroidvania recommendations? I've got the itch to play some new ones/niche ones after finishing Nine Years of Shadow.

Later this evening after these awesome creators' interviews, I'll be showcasing a Sonic 3 & Knuckles All Emeralds Speedrun around 6pm Pacific over at twitch.tv/nationalchildrensalliance during the 16BIT charity campaign!

Metroid Fusion is so good

It's been hard going losing weight this year, but at the very least I have now hit just over the 50lbs lost mark since i started so I can be proud of that. Still 4kg(~9lbs) to my main goal but a moment to be happy with despite the struggle this year. Then I move onto muscle building again

First episode of The Ghost in the Shell watched. Yup - this is the sci-fi/cyberpunk that I have been missing from anime. Sure it's a bit more goofy if you've come from Stand Alone Complex, but damn it has the style and substance i missed.

So glad I caught the end of this run. I'm gonna go back and watch the full thing later. I am at my core a maths nerd after all

Hearing Double Fine and Compulsion got out is reassuring - especially as they bring their library with them. Hopefully the new buyers for Ninja Theory etc are good. Arkane too I hope get what they need

If you've read the manga. Then you understand why this is so cool, why this would be such a treat for the author as well. I'm excited for this honestly and I'm happy they got to share a moment with Dave too.

Dave Grohl is here to announce The Guy She Was Interested in Wasn’t a Guy at All!!! Green yuri fans get more exciting news!! Grohl says Kurt Cobain would have loved this series—that’s one helluva recommendation! #GreenYuri #Crunchyroll #AX2026

IT'S GETTING AN ANIME? AHHHH

Metroid Fusion runs begin today. Also I have sub goals and a stupid idea to go Gene Gadget Laps. save me twitch.tv/angelarbalest

This coming Tuesday around 12:10pm Central, catch my Sonic 3 & Knuckles Glitched run at Summer @gamesdonequick.com with @huds601.co.uk @argick.bsky.social @gtace.bsky.social joining me on the couch! I'm honored to showcase my favorite game! You don't wanna miss this ridiculously broken speedrun!

I've had no luck with screens recently. I had to get rid of one screen that had gone fully burnt in and was unusable. Now my main monitor has the lines down it for the same thing - which I think is just from being used daily. I need a new monitor asap. It's usable, but not sure for how long.
