Gang. how does it get better? DSA, as much as I love it, will fall to infighting, and we're kidding ourselves if we believe they'd let even AOC get the nomination. People joke about No Kings vs. the French protests, but as good as they are they aren't getting what they want! Odds are Le Pen wins.

Labour is gonna fumble again, and be it the Tories, Reform, Restore or whoever it's not gonna be good. And even if the dems do win, and we get president AOC, no one is going to address all the problems! We need to tear up like, everything since 1865, to have a chance at something new!

I’m not trying to make a moral or ethical judgment on the technology as a whole. It’s definitely a better engineer than me. However. I wanted to be an engineer! Not a centaur engineer! My tools never used to make design decisions for me!!

I use AI way too much. It’s destroyed my love for coding, it’s fucking better than me and that sucks. I think about asking AIs for their “opinions” on things!!! What the hell?? Why??? I need to stop using these things. It’s destroying me.

I understand why it is the way it is, but the sheer amount of wasted compute we have by giving everyone an extremely powerful machine they use the full capability of for fractions of a day seems so wasteful.
