I don't pay attention to reviewers much. I don't usually like the things everyone else likes. I'm used to people disliking the things I like. Life is hard. I'm going to claw whatever joy I can out of the things I like. I'm not hurting anyone by doing so.

Because it's a popular desert served on a lot of occasions, the fact I'm not into cake comes up surprisingly often. So it's always a little disheartening when, despite this, people get me cake for my birthday. I appreciate the thought, but don't feel particularly considered for my own birthday.

I feel the rage in this post and the only way I manage it is though ad block, sponsor block and piracy (indie content excluded). Ads are bad for your brain, and being nickel and dimed for things you used to be able to buy once and own means you pay significantly more for less.

Picked up the Switch 2. I SIGNIFICANTLY prefer the size of the original Switch. Handheld consoles are just getting too damn big. But I appreciate how powerful it is.

I don't usually watch movies multiple times. Knowing what's coming usually removes what I enjoy about them. That being said, I've probably watched Treasure Planet (2002) more than 6 times. Disney's best film. It's a shame they sabotaged it at the box office.
