I am announcing a brand new venture... astroscout.ca! ✨ This new site is my hub for project details, portfolio work, blog posts, and more. After two layoffs in 2024, I wanted to start something new. I am now looking for new projects, so please take a look and boost this if possible! 💛

Satisfying cleaning ✔ A sci-fi narrative ✔ Neat (but messy) spaces to explore ✔ Colourful art style ✔ Ambrosia Sky 🤝 Powerwash Simulator

Abandoned space station ✔ Weird little guys ✔ Questioning what it is to be human ✔ Crawling through vents ✔ Ambrosia Sky 🤝 Prey (2017)

Zoe is 100% correct, DA2 is the best Dragon Age imo and one of my favorite games ever! Kirkwall 4 life 😌

The old games industry is dying. The new games industry is struggling to be born. Now is the time of absolutely batshit corporate decision-making.

RIP to my Altec Lansing computer speakers, which I've used since 2004-ish. You were a real one and worked so well for so long. Goodnight, sweet prince.

Interviewer: Can you explain this gap in your resume? Graphic designer: oh! So, it’s called kerning.

Next week, join us for a Twitch stream celebrating the inspirations for Ambrosia Sky! 🎉 Our community manager @astroscout.ca will take three core inspirations for our game and create Ambrosia Sky box art inspired by their designs. 👨‍🎨 📍 twitch.tv/softrainsgames 📆 October 16th, 3-5pm EDT

Buried in the rings of Saturn lies a cluster of hope. A cluster of progress. A cluster of discoveries. A cluster of hubris, danger, and death. 💀 A colony in crisis. It's time to come home, Dalia. Ambrosia Sky is 30% off on Steam until October 15th: ambrosiasky.com

Ambrosia Sky is now 30% off on Steam! 💸 Grab the title that @rogue.site called "a game that is very much doing its own thing". A colourful & stylistic exploration of a sci-fi colony at the end of its life and a lost love awaits you. ambrosiasky.com

What's better than one sapphic sci-fi romance? 👩‍❤️‍👩 Complete your set with this bundle of four games: 🪐 Ambrosia Sky 🌙 Heaven Will Be Mine (@pillowfight.io) 👩🏼‍🤝‍👩🏼 Haven (@thegamebakers.com) 🚀 I Was A Teenage Exocolonist (@finjico.bsky.social) Grab the bundle here: tiny.cc/lesbiansinspace

I love an excuse to smush a card minigame from FF8 and Ambrosia Sky together. 🃏👩‍❤️‍💋‍👩🪐 (thank you @bbwolfevox.com for the prompt!)

Nighthawks is OUT! When the sun sets, outcasts rise. Gather new friends, face old prejudices, and prepare to seize the night in Nighthawks, the vampire RPG where the secret is out... but the hunt continues. Steam: store.steampowered.com/app/1221950/... GOG: www.gog.com/en/game/nigh...

this whole xbox thing feels like a true emperors no clothes moment. there is so obviously no plan, anything announced yesterday is overruled tomorrow, that even reporting the facts feels laughably insufficient.

We can all agree that we remember the 21st night of September, but why would Dalia??? Shhh, while the narrative director isn't looking, what (head) canon event are you putting on Dalia's calendar? Did Dalia meet Maeve? 💜 Maybe Dalia had a dentist appointment? 🦷

Wheeeeeeeeeeeee.

Happy new Carly Rae Jepsen album day to those who celebrate! I'm just digging into it now, but so far I am blown away by the sheer quantity and quality of this double album. She continues to evolve and elevate as an artist in a truly inspiring way.

Went to Canadian premiere of VELOCIPASTOR 2 last night and it is not only a great sequel but also genuinely has a fantastic score and cinematography. It is still very much a dumb (complimentary) movie that knows what it is, but they went even harder this time.

I've seen everyone sharing that US Dialect Quiz so I decided to make my own, much crappier, CANADIAN DIALECT QUIZ to guess where in Canada you're from

Have you played the hottest sport sweeping The Cluster? It's, uh, throwing the ball at a spinning thing with a hole in it! It is best played in low gravity. Find the full deep dive into this level and others here: www.youtube.com/playlist?lis...
