By the way, why are these horrible things getting any tax incentives at all? They’re raising the electric rates of the communities that they’re placed in, and those people still have to throw money at them? Why are you incentivizing them in the first place, let them go screw up someplace else!

Pausing tax incentives isn’t enough, putting a moratorium on all new data centers sounds more necessary so better planning is done in advance not after the fact.
