Not a whole lot of media coverage about this yet that I can find, but ICE has been active in downstate Illinois this week. Namely in and around Peoria and Springfield. Peoria activists have activated observers to follow school buses as ICE is raiding school bus stops. Alt text in first pic.

I didn’t realize that in the US there are annually far more gun related suicides than gun related homicides and most are in rural areas, a point the Supreme Court Court has never addressed in their 2nd Amendment rulings
