these things aren't told upfront. the knife is always behind held behind someones back waiting til you turn around. if bluesky was advertised as an "ai-coded" platform i don't think there'd be a mass exodus. it was, until pretty recently, seemingly very adamant about the lack of ai in it

very proud of this one little fill i made i think its quite cute. its always nice to sort of have these grounded moments where im like "man this sounds like ass compared to the people im inspired by but im enjoying it just as much as i'd enjoy something from them"

i feel like i should talk more about mechsplo. its something im interested in and something i like a lot. i have some thoughts as someone who doesn’t really write or visibly engages that much with this. i definitely engage with it, but not in public as much as i want.

vulnerability moment; i have a crippling, CRIPPLING fear of replacement. and being into a thing where part of it comes from Exploitation is definitely interesting. ive read oneshots where i felt so bad afterwards. but i think a lot of this just hits certain points in my brain i really like.

im always a bit upset when i check the Other website and i see a few people i used to genuinely respect be very open about vibecoding. i understand in the grand scheme of trash a single gimmick isn’t the problem but it disappoints me nevertheless. you’ve got the talent, make it yourself.

while i can appreciate bskys policy towards wishing harm towards others i will say it gets progressively harder to not want to do that in a public space, especially after getting hit with back-to-back threats of violence by people in power
