You are right. I had a decent one as it gave me some nice perks without a co-pay. I suppose because I’m not on any prescriptions yet, I do recall Ed Weir SSA expert on you tube explaining those plans. I can see how it costs more money to government. Once again I stand corrected. 👍

Medicare Advantage started as a Republican plan to privatize Medicare. The private insurance companies have gamed that system so effectively some will pay you to take their policy. They throw in additional perks to try to intice you. The Advantage goes to private insurance, not the taxpayer.

I posted a video of a women pointing out the Powell memo in 71 on the attorney who worked for Phillip Morris tobacco companies and how he laid out this plan decades ago. Today I was warned to watch our voting machines and how they toggle. Wish the ticket you get printed out of machine showed names.

They have already privatized Medicare with Medicare Advantage. It has been a huge boon for the insurance companies. A couple of years ago, in NC, some companies were offering up to $120/month if you would sign up for their policy. Private health insurance works about as well as private education.

Right but that’s where Gov oversight comes in. As we know a lot of fraud has happened under GOP watch and I’m sure Dem watch. Like Gaetz family now it’s just out in the open. Why did felon/pedo fire all or most of the IG’s ?It all reminds me of the “GANGS OF NEW YORK”, the movie. Or Godfather! 🫡

I feel like they are quietly trying to privatize our safety nets in retirement. A system we paid into all our working years. 80’s gop decided 2 tax SSA

The SS COLA will be 3.6% for 2027. Meanwhile, my Medigap plan premiums are increasing by more that 6%, and the cap for RX on Plan D is increasing by 15%. There's also a deductible increase to consider. NOT WINNING. #VoteBlue

If this isn’t the beginning of privitizing social security I don’t know what is. These are the signs. If you’re ok with private equity’s playing with your tax $ let me remind you of the Bush years and deregulation then. While we bailed out Co. n paid their yachts with little to none accountability.

By now seniors like me are,or should have received Medicare changes. I just seen ours in the mail a few days ago. Seems to me they are trying to privatize our prescription insurance. Wondering how much they are going to raise Medicare payments. COLA 3.6% % hmmm.
