I've had such a great day. Aqua aerobics was a blast this morning. My sister and I got coffees at As Kneaded. Then we crafted for hours while watching the France-Morocco match. France is who I hope to win the whole thing, although I'm not that fused. I like England too. If Norway wins, cool. Sigh

There are no words that can express the plethora of feelings I have about what our government is doing in Minnesota and elsewhere. There's no one coming to help us. The rapture isn't nigh. We have to solve this ourselves somehow and it's not going to be easy or without pain.

I want to burn it all down. This country is a damn mess and people are getting hurt for no good reason. "It's always been thus". Cool. We can do better.

Political violence is disgusting. However I will not be praying for Kirk. He will heal or he won't. I have about as much compassion for him as he has for children shot in schools, which is none

I’m sorry but I really have to stand up for myself and independent media here. Everyone is crediting Ken Delanian for the Maxwell sex offender waiver story, but I was hours ahead of him. Hours. Independent media is important.

Thank you to Scotland 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 for showing up and taking a stand this weekend. We loved the signs, so many of them made us laugh. This weekend showed that the resistance is growing and that we have friends everywhere! Scotland the Brave!

Gov. Gavin Newsom: “80% of Californians pay about average taxes. 40% of Californians pay lower taxes than they do in Texas and Florida. Texas and Florida tax their lowest wage earners more than we do our highest wage earners. So who’s the high tax state? Is it California or is it Texas?”

I think it's time to watch V for Vendetta again. The firing of Colbert reminded me of the Stephen Fry character's demise when he dared to mock 'dear leader'. In the end, he was part of the domino effect that brought the regime down. You can't silence the truth forever. It always sees the light.
