Russia and the United States carried out a devastating attack on Ukraine’s energy infrastructure in Kyiv and Kharkiv last night. The American side facilitated the attack by denying interceptor missiles to the defenders, denying early warning, and denying Starlink capabilities.

I assume Orban conceded because the opposition's victory is too staggeringly large to deny. It's important for us to remember that, were he in Orban's position, Trump would never concede, no matter how large the margin.
