A real tonal whiplash is watching all 3 Venom movies and then following it up with Over the Garden Wall. It can't heal the damage done from those last two but it sure did some heavy lifting lol.

Long Neck coming soon...🦕

do you guys have any examples of vertical/scroll comics that take advantage of their format to do stuff you couldn't do in horizontal comics? i once wrote an essay about Bongcheon-Dong Ghost and Em Carroll's work but that was well over a decade ago and there MUST have been more examples since then

🍊HOW TO TIP ARTISTS ON #VGEN (share for visibility!) 🌱Vgen has a built in tipping, or "boosting" system. The name isn't the most intuitive, but that's a different issue. ✨When clients boost, they can add a cute sparkle around their comm in the artist's portfolio! (+)

It's @wildstarpress.bsky.social's 8th anniversary! Happy birthday! It has been nothing but a labor of love to get the press where it is today, with and without the help of friends made along the way. And I can say with confidence and resolve that I'm proud of the impact I've had, -

I’m going to say something that’s going to hurt feelings but not everybody was marching during the civil rights movement because even then folks knew that change is never gained from just a single action. Who do you think watched the kids while folks were outside? Provided meals? Bail?

If you guys could share this QTd post that would be dope, thanks.

For those that don't know, I've written a handful of articles for WSP all based on comics commentary and its community. It may not be the Hot Topics of comics journalism but each article addresses something still just as important www.wildstarpress.com/the-morning-...

New month and new reminder that I have open availability for editorial work! I also have availability for anthologies, comics, or prose writing. Can be convinced to write articles too 💫 Shares appreciated!

Applied for another editor position and didn't get it, so out of spite and also for further proof that they don't know what they're missing out on, you should hire me to edit your books, comics, movie scripts, audio dramas, and whatever other written word you can think of.

My Editing & Writing Services are available! Whether you're trying to self publish or get a pitch ready to submit, I can give the editing help you need. And if you need a writer, I got you too! 🌟 blubat.biz
