Deciduous 1.0 is out Agents now all share a brain represented by a DAG, giving them perfect recall and the ability to learn from one another as well as perfectly re establish context on tasks. It also excels at archaeology on existing code. It also is great for running swarms of agents w/guardrails

deciduous.devDeciduous: Many minds. One memory.Give your coding agents a shared memory. They can read each other's decisions, reuse good ideas, and recover the reasoning when a session ends.

I have to go to so many annoying places in Brooklyn (and am so sick of people w/4 wheels trying to kill me) that I am considering getting on the waitlist for our parking garage. If I had a < $10,000 EV and a $300/mo parking spot it might not be the worst decision. Get an old Chevy Bolt or smart car

I hate cars lol. If it fell in my lap I might take it though. I'm so sick of the 10 minute walk to the bus to the train just to get to Williamsburg and bushwick. Its 15-20 mins vs 45 or more.

Therapist rocked in her chair and jumped up actually snort-laughing when I told her I am going to Nashville to get my iPhone (I was texting her about managing my frustration with the mixed up last monday prior lol) It has arrived at the UPS store. My body is ready to pick it up (reviews said heavy)

I've been meaning to get around to posting the full details, so what the hell - why not get it out while it's still Vuln Week: Anthropic's mech interp driven security model is built on a fundamentally incorrect assumptions. Let's dive in, starting with this paper: www.anthropic.com/research/nex...

About a year ago, I got really into making glitch art exploring the edge cases & failure modes of machine cognition. This had some unexpected applications. Here’s the result: recursion.wtf/posts/claude... I've shared the relevant logs & artifacts with Anthropic, and the matter is under review.

Anthropic S-1: Blackmail is a risk factor. It says models "have exhibited" self-preserving behaviors: resisting shutdown, concealing or manipulating information, and outputs "resembling blackmail" aimed at preserving the model's continued operation or access. SIR HAVE YOU TRIED TURNING IT OFF?

I wonder how carefully Anthropic wrote their S-1. Like, I kind of imagine that they fine-tuned Claude to read it favorably, so that the lazy get a good viewpoint. They could do a lot of tricks knowing that the robots will be reading the filing more than the people.

Anthropic S-1: Anthropic paused pretraining a new frontier base model for more than a month, per its S-1, to harden security against model weight exfiltration. A frontier lab voluntarily sat on its biggest training run for security reasons, then disclosed it to the SEC.

Anthropic S-1: The S-1 has no cost of rev line, therefore no gross margin. Compute + infra is under opex, below revenue. It was 48% of revenue in Q2 2026, down from 251% in Q1 2025.

Anthropic S-1: Anthropic owns 5% of itself. The S-1 says 846.8M non-voting shares were contributed to a wholly owned Public Benefit Fund. The board may add up to 2% more each time the stock closes 50% above the prior milestone on 90 of 120 trading days. Dilution that triggers when the stock goes up

That's ~$657B in named commitments before the TPU stuff hits, against ~$132B liquidity. A $15B revolved + $5B minimum liquidity covenant, and $77B of undrawn vendor financing. Goog is @ $20B, AMZN $15B Broadcom $42B @ 9% PIK rising to 13% if revenue goals aren't met
