The Green Heron is probably my favorite bird!

Jocelyn Anderson Photography@jocelynanderson.bsky.social

A Green Heron was standing on the boardwalk railing when a Great Blue Heron landed nearby. The Great Blue Heron started walking towards the much smaller Green Heron, who seemed somewhat concerned and took off down the railing.

I also have a great Blue and a Green Heron. I did not know what they eat. Now I do. Thankyou!!

A Great Blue Heron arrives in shallow waters to do some fishing. This particular area is a favorite of the Green Herons, who catch lots of mud minnows.

Luv the lilies and your mom would be proud. I have the exact same situation as you. Yours is a bit better, but I try to keep it up. Don't be too hard on yourself.

My mom was a really really really good Gardener and I am not. But I have done my best to keep this area of the yard looking good because I just know she would strike me down if not. It's really pretty. I think so anyway.

ICE is not about immigration. ICE is not about the southern border. ICE is about normalizing paramilitary force on our streets. It cannot be reformed. It cannot be retrained. ICE must be abolished.

More money in your pocket, more food in the fridge, more gas in the tank — it’s as simple as that. You deserve a state government whose first focus is taking care of hardworking families like yours.

I just spent 5 days on Lake Superior at the 2 Harbors Light house in MN for the first time. It is a pretty amazing lake after you get to know if for a few days. Thanks for posting!

Well, I totally agree, however Roberts has saved us from some real pickles. I think he does have a conscious. Perhaps a "half hail". Take care.

Allison Gill@muellershewrote.com

I’m not going to hail Barrett and Roberts for allowing us to count our votes. It’s a huge win for democracy, but it shouldn’t have even been a question. That we were one vote away from disenfranchising votes is all the more reason to expand the court in 2029.
