i didn’t have a name for this one. it still would’ve been water/poison but with evolution it gets fighting type moves. the idea was to make it look like an anchor and then i was like “wow it looks like it’s flexing” and then it turned into a delinquent.

Stellatish (Flying/Poison) puffs up its body to float into the sky. Its stomach is mesmerizing, but if you come into contact with the star-shaped spikes on its chest, can cause radiation poisoning.
