186 potato plants. Some weeding to do. Fertilized plants are 4x normal size with 10-10-10 fertilizer did this before the great second depression.

Mowed. That’s the little road I made down to our overlook of the Shenandoah river. Big brush pile to burn below. The two chairs way down there you can sit at, drink a beer and watch little boats go by.

20 tons of rich topsoil delivered. Hundreds of potatoes and onions in. Next is corn, lentils and garbanzo. Thousands of plants. This year is rough. Still removing rocks and enriching and adding topsoil. Still need an irrigation system. Soon I think I’ll be able to feed hundreds of people.

My back yard. 5 deer this morning. We left DC and fixed up this old house on the Shenandoah river behind the mountains. The river is below. I ride my tractor on the roads to the mini farm. My body is beat up and tired. I want to plant food for people.

This weekend I'm buying 6x6 posts to put under my 32 foot greenhouse. I'm also trying to get mulch delivered, I'm late tending the soil, but I'll try. Then get 300 feet of Potatos and Onions in. I'd like to do beans next. This is my FIRST crop on land I cleared removing rocks.

1940s Shortwave Radio. It can get broadcasts from AROUND THE WORLD with no Internet, and no phone bill, and no subscription. Something the Oligarchs can't control. It runs on VACUUM Tubes picking up waves bouncing off the ionosphere... now THAT is technology :-)

You are up to date.
