They redubbed those scenes, removing any reference to any specific country. They now only talks about in a more ambiguous way, for eg. "the state" o "the country". No more Israel, URSS, etc.

lolololo The recent episode of Ghost in the Shell, the LATAM Spanish dub maintained every reference to Israel and Mossad, meanwhile the original voice cast, subs, and other dubs they changed the names.
