24 preview pages have been released for the 'Super Sentai Never Ends' book by Shinichiro Shirakura! Some of the pages contain early production art & photos from Zenkaiger, plus photos while visiting the Power Rangers studio in NZ and Hasbro in LA! 📷 More: www.amazon.co.jp/dp/4828428712

The final cover has been revealed for the "Super Sentai wa Owaranai" (Super Sentai Never Ends) book written by Toei producer Shinichiro Shirakura, releasing November 18th. I expected more Rangers on the cover than just Tyrannoranger, I've gotta admit!

The deeply sad thing about AI chucklenuts openly masturbating about how great it is not to need other people for anything is that the slow process of creative collaboration fucking RULES. What sucks is when commercial concerns force you to rush and optimize and cut corners off that process.

Remind me, what do you need to get stuff done in the Senate and the House? I think it starts with a v, rhymes with notes…

Kamala Harris: I think that going in the direction of impeachment is not a good idea. I was in the Senate for the last go-round, and the votes aren’t there. I think after the election, we all have to just also agree that our attitude has to be to get stuff done…

in 1913, soon to be dictator Victoriano Huerta reunited with US Ambassador Henry Lane Wilson in the US to plot overtaking the presidency of Leftist leader Francisco Madero, plan which eventually took place some days later which ended with the Revolution dragging on for another 10 years..

Every use of an LLM to generate an image or video: * is an artist being out of work. * squandered potential for learning. * sidestepping a roadblock that might lead to a more creative solution. * conceding that you will never be good enough to create the things you want to see.

I don't think you can exaggerate how good Ashita no Joe is. You've got one of manga's finest tales of a person getting better at their talents and overcoming the odds, but it's also about connecting with people and then losing them, and what you do when you feel pieces of yourself falling away.

I propose we come up with a new category name for the likes of RoboCop, Power Rangers, TMNT, He-Man, Marvel, DC, Star Wars, Star Trek, DBZ and so forth: Toys in Action. If your thing has multicoloured main characters fighting big bad beasties with heavy duty special effects, it’s exactly that.

"Tokusatsu" refers to any special-effects driven film or TV series in the same way "manga" refers to all comics and "anime" refers to all animation. So yes, Robocop is a tokusatsu.

I love how they're so upset about how they think Obama was making a dig at The Cheesecake Factory (which he wasn't) but none of them have any objection to him comparing the President of the United States of America to a deposed Middle East dictator that was hung from the neck.

It's a blatant display of intellectual dishonesty: he claims to believe that "AI" is the future of gaming development and it should be embraced, but he also seems to think its use should be a matter of privacy and not to be broadcasted to customers. Such an intolerable dipshit.

When trans creators are subtle, people dismiss the trans subtext as “headcanon.” When trans creators are loud and proud, people call it “obnoxious” and “cringe.” They just don’t want us to be represented in media at all. Because they don’t want us to exist at all.

it's true, check out the packaging art (it's also the only utility for the ridges under the feet, they keep the correct robot mode stable in this orientation)

thehandbasket.coRepublicans don’t have a Nazi problem—they are the Nazi problemA spate of recent revelations have shown the ideologies and their adherents are one and the same.

This week’s main story is about how more and more white nationalists, antisemites, and Nazi sympathizers seem to be integrating into the Republican Party, how some of them are currently running for office, and how old you can be for JD Vance to consider you “a very young boy.”
