The alleged Charlie Kirk assassin identified as Tyler Robinson from a white Republican household. His family are 2nd amendment, blue lives matter, MAGA, and he was taught to shoot since a young age. His father, an ex sheriff, convinced him to turn himself in, qualifying for the FBI $100,000 reward.

The shooter was not: Not Black. Not Trans. Not Muslim. Not an Immigrant. Not a Democrat. Meet Charlie Kirk assassin Tyler Robinson. A white Christian, Conservative, Republican male with a gun... again.

The murder of Charlie Kirk is part of a disturbing rise in political violence that threatens to hollow out our public life. A free society relies on the premise that people can speak out without fear or humiliation. No more political violence.

I personally won’t engage in this behavior for my own reasons but last I checked there was a big scandal when the Government merely ASKED social media company to address certain speech on their platforms. Like, end of the world political hysteria ensued.

The president went on TV to attack political opponents and blame them for the killing of Charlie Kirk, even though we don’t know who shot him. If there is anything this man can do to worsen the situation, he will do it. Despicable.

I was sick when I heard Cox. All it needed was a “This announcement was approved by Cox and Friend.”

The news from Utah is horrifying. Monstrous.

We say the cliches because they are true: Political violence consumes everything it touches. We cannot have a liberal democracy when people try to end political disagreements with bullets. I hope Charlie Kirk survives, for all our sakes.
