The simplest, most delicious summer #dessert --the ice box cake. Since Nabisco discontinued their classic chocolate wafer cookies, I use split open oreo thins. It's just layers of freshly whipped cream, and oreo thins. You let it sit for at least 8 hours in the fridge. Tastes like decadent cake.
