As Medicare overhead is 3% vs insurance companies overhead of 15 to 20%.

The Medicare for all program will be paid for by taxpayers paying premiums to the government instead of making premium payments from their payroll to a broker who’ll pay to the insurance company who will in turn pay the providers.
