Questions I never thought I would need to ask #1452: What's the gas mileage on a Tesla Roadster?

After nearly 3 months in hospital Son 1 is now "well enough" to have the life altering surgery he needs to recover. Well enough meaning the probability of him surviving the surgery are now greater than 50%.

Today was not a good day. It's the day I visited my son in hospital, and for the first time I am fearful he will not recover.

A month ago Son 1 was supposed to take up a doctor's post in a hospital 500kms away. Instead he was admitted to the same hospital as a patient. That was 4 weeks ago. Left high care on Monday. Still not out of danger. Looks like a concentration camp survivor. We are devastated.

I think part of the reason Dolly leaving us was a shock was because she seemed so young, and she seemed so young because she was still having a ball with artists a third of her age, and holding her own (and you can see the respect runs both ways here, which is why I love it)

In the early hours of this morning I was listening, really listening to MJ's "Don't Stop Till You Get Enough", and ended up wondering who was playing the whiskey glass.

Only I would have a son with an emotional support pitbull.

The two issues I have with generative AI are: 1) its creators are censors: both deliberately, and accidentally through not teaching it things, and 2) it may give you the solution and it might give you some understanding of it, but never in sufficient detail to fully understand the subject matter.
