I've said it before and I'll say it again - the average age of a politician should be 35-45 It's absolutely insane imo that we elect people who (often) won't really see the ramifications of their decisions.

Sim has also been running these ads that try to make it look like Pete Fry against any sort of Street events/fests. When you dig into the evidence, it paints a mord nuanced picture. He's not against events. The ad is simplistic & manipulative. When Car Free Day was threatened Fry pushed for funding.

He jacked up property taxes 26% & while he brags about not raising some other taxes, he makes up that money by gouging people with fee increases. Utilities, parking & business fees all went up. While he brags about saving you money. Ridiculous.

A lil info to consider before you vote; Ken Sim talks about taxes and affordability. Yet, he raised property taxes 26%! He vastly cut the park boards' budget to make room for a gawdy, second city hall. He also vastly jacked up fees. Ask a food truck proprietor how they feel about Ken Sim!
