we do a lot of like. battling against being called lazy for [disability symptoms] but I actually truly & wholeheartedly believe in pushing for a quality of life for disabled people where we can actively choose to be lazy. like. for fun. I think you can & should be able to be both disabled & lazy

there's a genre of that thing. you know when someone casually says the saddest thing you've ever heard in your life. that eldest daughters do. and they also so frequently hold these horrible things they endured up as badges of honour which is sometimes scarier than it just being an offhand joke

it's something I've come across in my personal life and also so often in my last three jobs and it never gets less sad to see it
