The No Kings movement isn't about hating America. It's about refusing to hand it to a grifter with a crown complex. March Saturday. Vote early - several states are already voting. Save the country. #VoteEarlyOnNoKings

A decent start, but we need to completely rock this thing! Let’s go knock on some doors! This is our chance to correct coarse. Damage will continue. We can’t afford to lose any more ground. The generations-to-come will not stand a chance if we don’t make our stand! Allons-y!

Great article. This aspect is not as obvious as others, and real. So many scenarios scream that Trump is incapable of ending this, and it expanding into greater geopolitical positioning. Fundamentally, China, Russia, Iran and North Korea have no interest in it ending, and Trump is clueless.

"One of the most dangerous moments in any military campaign comes when tactical success begins producing strategic overconfidence."

Nothing prepares you for living through the hard lessons of history, especially when we should know better. The hardest realization for me so far is recognizing that there really is no separation between the moral depravity and everyday events. 1/x

The Romans did the same thing during their “Pax Romana” by crucifying criminals, irritants and rebels along the main roads. It’s a generally accepted as an historical fact that they did that to one rebel from Galilee. 3/4

Lt. Gen. @markhertling.bsky.social on how foreign policy could impact how people vote: “I wish people were more involved in understanding what our nation is trying to do and voting for the people who…have the character and the values to try and make a decision on facts and logic."

Unnecessary things I learned today: 1) Jack Smith does not believe in the tooth fairy. And 2) Senator Schmitt. Didn’t know he existed until today, and really didn’t need to know that.

34. Allowed regulatory uncertainty in cryptocurrency to persist. Congress’s inability to establish clear statutory rules leaves businesses, investors and regulators dependent on the Trump administration.

33. Failed to defend the rule that laws are made by Congress, undermining the basic architecture of representative government.

bsky.app/profile/head... Your daily reminder of the failures of the 119th Congress. 1. The 119th Congress has repeatedly surrendered its Article I authority and obligation, allowing executive power to expand.

More to the point: The absence of knowledge is valued (unjustified belief) and they use it constantly.

Imposing something that someone believes “ought to be” is antithetical to our Constitution without the consensus of the People. And people have widely varying values and beliefs. Thousands of years has taught us something about society and human behavior. Knowledge is not a value to this admin 3/3.

An elective philosophy course had a profound effect on me, and still fuels my conclusions to fundamental questions. Epistemology (The Theory of Knowledge). For me, so much of what goes on, especially right now, gets viewed through this lens. Here, we have someone’s value; a belief, not knowledge (1/

Kevin Roberts is the president of The Heritage Foundation, the largest conservative think tank in America. He claims we shouldn’t be free to do what we “may,” but what we “ought.” Who says what we “ought” to do? Him? If that isn’t a threat to our freedom, then what is? More in our profile:

32. Failed the institutional test of the oath of office consistently. The oath does not require members to support a president, party or ideology; it requires support for the Constitution and faithful discharge of congressional duties.

A product of a reality devoid of knowledge, and, well, not knowing the difference.

Robert Jeffress: "The beliefs of James Talarico are certainly wrong, but they're more than wrong. The beliefs of James Talarico are blasphemous! They are evil! And they are not beliefs that any true Christian could support ever."

😂 I asked Google AI a question. The answer: An unprecedented scenario involving 300 million bribed voters would result in an astronomical, mathematically theoretical accumulation of charges under 18 U.S.C. § 597…600,000,000 years.

Imagine if a rational public decided to no longer offer this administration the "presumption of regularity" like the courts, or any “benefit“ of the doubt. There is no “benefit” to be gained. The press needs to follow suit and to say “no, these are the facts…you have no credibility…”
