I think Jason's used the wrong image for his post. Here's the right one:

New leaked audio: Flock’s CEO tells a private conference of police chiefs he believes the opposition to his company isn’t real, full of paid protesters/bots. Says company is at “the bottom” but is waiting out criticism www.404media.co/in-leaked-au...

Flock CEO Garrett Langley's at it again. He just told police in Orlando the nationwide opposition to Flock was generated by bots not real people. Guess what Garrett? I’m not a bot and all those videos of council meetings packed w/ Flock/ALPR opponents are not AI. www.404media.co/in-leaked-au...

The company doesn’t matter. Flock, Axon, and other automatic license plate readers have no place on our streets. Use the toolkit to fight against mass surveillance in your community at aclu.org/gtfo_

Banning Flock and other surveillance companies from tracking our every move isn't a partisan issue. Tell Congress to ban automatic license plate readers at aclu.org/get-flock_out

No amount of regulation will keep our privacy safe from automatic license plate readers. Congress must ban them — full stop.

ACLU privacy expert Chad Marlow is on Capitol Hill today testifying on the dangers of Flock’s nationwide surveillance network, which is unnecessary, ineffective, and downright creepy. Flock and other automatic license plate reader companies trade our privacy for profits — Congress must ban them.

Ban Flock cameras. Ban Axon cameras. Ban Motorola cameras. Ban ALL automatic license plate readers. That was our message to the Senate today. The American people agree that it's time for Congress to take immediate action.

WTF @NYCTBus @NYCMayor? Waiting more than 30 minutes for downtown M15-SBS at Houston St. All buses that come by are turning to go uptown at Houston. Shouldn’t have to leave one hour early to get to work on time. Forget free buses. How about we start with buses?!

We shouldn't have to escape to the woods to hide from mass surveillance. It's time for our leaders to follow Vermont's lead and ban automatic license plate readers.

We refuse to sacrifice our privacy so surveillance companies like Flock, Axon, and Motorola can profit. Join the nationwide movement pressuring lawmakers to get these cameras off our streets at aclu.org/gtfo_

On the sad occasion of Dolly Parton’s passing, I want to remind people that Dolly was as impressive a philanthropist as a singer/entertainer. Her Imagination Library provides free monthly books to children all over America so every family has something to read together. imaginationlibrary.com

Opposition to Flock vehicle-tracking surveillance cameras cuts across political lines: “Whether you’re libertarian, conservative, MAGA, progressive, everybody has an objection to Flock,” says @chadmarlow.bsky.social of the @aclu.org. www.nytimes.com/2026/08/10/u...

nytimes.comFlock Cameras Can Track Every Car in America. Police Love Them. Citizens Don’t.In Texas, there’s one thing liberals and conservatives agree on: They don’t want cameras trained on their cars.

If elected officials simply listened to the opinions of their constituents we would not have Flock cameras, ALPRs, or mass government surveillance anywhere in America.

NEW: Flock just announced several operational changes to try to stem the nationwide backlash against its mass surveillance system — but we aren't fooled. This is nothing more than putting lipstick on a pig. Automatic license plate readers are always a threat to our privacy and our leaders must act.

The public is catching on to Flock's surveillance scheme — and successfully fighting back against the company's efforts to expand its network of creepy cameras even more. Flock can't stop the power of the people.

Love the nationwide movement against Flock, but remember they’re other dangerous license plate reader companies out there like Axon. So it’s not only #GetTheFlockOut but also #KissYourAxonGoodbye

Flock regularly misleads the public about their business practices, safety record, and commitment to privacy. They've even lied about partnering with the ACLU — which we'd never do. Government officials and the police shouldn't automatically trust what surveillance tech companies tell them.

You know things are shady at Flock when its CCO has to publicly distance himself from his CEO's lies by saying the lies weren't his and that it's not his fault his CEO lies like Trump. Sorry, but when you lay down with dogs, you wake up with fleas. #GetTheFlockOut #ACLU

As TechCrunch reported: "LAPD lets contract with surveillance giant Flock expire, citing ‘serious concerns’ over civil liberties and privacy." I didn't even know the LAPD knew what civil liberties were, but good on them. Farewell Flock. I'm just so broken up over it. #ILoveLA #GetTheFlockOut #ACLU
