I have found GPT-4o to be better at function calling than sonnet 3.7. I’m routing all function calling requests to gpt-4o, coding and other complex requests to sonnet and the rest to 4o-mini

Lesson learned today: Building new features is exciting, but maintaining backward compatibility (or at least clear upgrade paths) is just as crucial for user experience. The basics matter. #buildinpublic #indiehackers

Note to self: Add version checking to the ProMind.ai web and mobile apps that actually tells users when they're running an outdated version that might affect their premium features. Would've prevented today's whole troubleshooting session.

Sometimes the simplest solutions are right in front of us. After a long investigation, I finally asked for a screenshot of the error. Turns out they were just using an old version of the ProMind Mac app. One App Store update later - problem solved!

I solved an interesting customer support case for ProMind AI today. The user is on the premium plan but was getting basic plan restrictions. Spent a good chunk of time digging through account details and payment history trying to figure out what was wrong.
