hello 👋 i have developed a new tool called blüuümpíi. blüuümpíi will convert every file on your hard drive to a .wav file without asking you, maximize your system volume, and play them on every bluetooth speaker you have ever connected to. if you offer feedback on blüuümpíi i will take legal action

I wrote section 230 to protect user speech, not a company's own speech. I've long said AI chatbot outputs are not protected by 230 and that it is not a close call. Given that the Trump administration is going to the mat to protect pedophiles, states should step in to hold Musk and X accountable.
I am not a Section 230 expert but being that Twitter is creating and publishing these photos I wonder if they actually have any civil legal protection? @kenwhite.bsky.social ? @akivamcohen.bsky.social ?
@davidfolkenflik.bsky.social any reporting coming on media preempting prime time for Trump's political speech last night when they would not do so for other presidents who requested time? Seems like part of the intimidation of media entities.

Pregnancy is considered a pre-existing medical condition if you're already pregnant when you sign up for health insurance. However, under the Affordable Care Act, insurance companies can't deny coverage or charge more for pre-existing conditions, including pregnancy. Don’t cut our health care!

Almost everyone over the age of 40 (and many folks younger) has had some health issue that insurance companies would classify as a preexisting condition. The ACA doesn’t allow companies to deny insurance or charge more for these. This includes pregnancy, diabetes and sometimes simply being a woman.
