It’s been one month since 100% of the Epstein files were due by Act of Congress. Thus far they’ve only released .6% of them and are using murder and war to distract you from this fact.

Mark Kelly: "The message he sent a couple days ago was he declared that loyalty to the Constitution is now punishable by death. Those are serious words coming from the president. He's trying to intimidate us. But I'm not going to be intimidated."

In response to this claim that the "strategy didn't work." The people were on our side. We were building momentum to help save our democracy. We could have won - the premium increase notices were just starting. And giving in now will embolden him. Things will likely get worse.

Tonight’s Senate vote on the federal government shutdown should have been a time for strength. Instead we saw capitulation and a betrayal of working Americans. The American people need more from their leaders.

This is really good to see: Miki Sherrill just put out a statement sharply criticizing the Senate Dems' pending cave in the government shutdown, ripping it as "malpractice" and a betrayal of the people who are "counting on us to fight for them." Sherrill knows what drove her victory. Wake up, Dems.

Unacceptable. There are 189,000 people in my district who will be paying 50–300% more for the same, and in many cases worse, healthcare. I won’t do that to the people I represent. I’m a NO on this “deal.”

Today, Mike Johnson will keep the House adjourned for the 94th day out of the last 106. 12 days of work in 106 days. With full pay and benefits. The senate has been working, so this is not about the shutdown. It is about avoiding a vote to release the Epstein files.

As a survivor, I can't think of a more fitting metaphor than a rapist creating loud noises with planes as a survivor tries to tell her story. I mean... just wow. Nevertheless, she persisted.

This is on you Republican senate. You knew he wasn’t fit for the job and you approved him anyway. Now people are going to die.

"Long the envy of the world for its capabilities and expertise, the CDC finds itself no longer able to advocate for what its scientists believe the best available research shows." This is very bad!

There's only one way to stop the rumors about Donald Trump's health: a press conference. Why won't he talk to the press, and why isn't the media doggedly demanding it?

Garcia condemns DOJ's piecemeal release of the Epstein files, saying it "just continues this White House cover-up." "Handpicked, partial productions are wholly insufficient and potentially misleading, especially after AG Bondi bragged about having the entirety of the Epstein files on her desk."

UPDATE: House Oversight Ranking Member Robert Garcia is calling for Chairman Comer to "release the full, unedited transcript" of ex-Trump AG Bill Barr's closed-door deposition on the Epstein case because, according to Garcia, "Barr could not clear President Trump of wrongdoing."

“I promise you, it would have been a war crime.” that’s what Alejandro Barranco told me what would have happened if he treated a detainee when he was deployed to Afghanistan with the Marines like federal agents treated his father.
