Found the next Nathan Fielder project.

NBC News@nbcnews.com

A Florida man was found dead in his home during a welfare check in July 2022. Weeks later, one of the officers who discovered his body moved into the home and spent years impersonating him, according to investigators.

My friend @mjrobbins.com has produced an outstanding new video which is, in a very literal sense, a massive pile of garbage. It’s like You Can See Everything but with rampant methane and bureaucratic inertia instead of Nathan Fielder and Elizabeth Holmes. Behold the Rainham volcano!

New film out, on the extraordinary, 20-year saga of the Rainham Volcano.

It’s frustrating, I know, but the reality is that most of the more high profile screenings at #LFF (and certainly the stuff in smaller rooms like BFI and Vue) *always* sell out during the member window. BFI membership is £40 a year, and comes with two free tickets to BFI Southbank. Big recommend.

Quick note for anyone planning to try and buy London Film Festival tickets today in the general sale The BFI does not keep any tickets back for public sale, so many of the screenings have already sold out to members Personally I think they should inform people of this in advance, but they don't

Join me for a skeetalong-a- #PendasFen this Wednesday night when BBC4 reruns it from 10.15pm. Behind the scenes stories, pics and things to spot. If you've seen the play before, then follow live. If it's new to you, give it proper attention and then join the # on catch up. Link in bio to the book.

What I can see this weekend at the Cineworld Watford: Star Trek IV: The Voyage Home, Terminator 2: Judgment Day, Cars, The Hunger Games, The Hunger Games: Catching Fire, and 4 x Harry Potters (Philosopher’s, Chamber, Prisoner, Goblet). What I can’t see: Late Fame, The Death of Robin Hood. Cinema!

GTA6 looks pretty sick! Will deffo get around to playing it just as soon as I’ve completed Defender of the Crown, Treasure Island Dizzy, all the Leisure Suit Larrys, and Tetris. There’s just so much to play these days!

It's a lovely, ridiculous comedy show that reaches Taskmaster heights of loopy invention. You can find the first two series of Guy Montgomery's Guy Mont-Spelling Bee (Australian version) on the iPlayer and I think you'll very probably fall in love. What a true gem.

Nope!

RoboCop is coming back online with a new TV series at Prime Video. 8 episodes have been ordered up. James Wan produces. A tech conglomerate convinces the city to place a powerful robot on its police force – a robot implanted with the consciousness of a fallen officer.

My dream has always been to adapt The Box of Delights. Practical effects > CG. Real locations. Make it the most snowy, Christmassy thing ever. And remember: The wolves are running.

This post is unavailable.

I have looooow expectations for the new Spaceballs obvs but what a *delight* it is to see Rick Moranis out and about and in our collective worlds again.

Went to SNL. No photos allowed during the show obvs but here’s a shot of the green room. Half the UK comedy circuit in attendance, apparently. And I swear I saw Colin Trevorrow in the queue for the photo booth. Showbiz!

The speed at which my friend @mjrobbins.com is mastering this kind of content is somewhat terrifying. Behold his latest video, which operates in a dream state somewhere twixt a One Show segment and an Adam Curtis dystopian nightmare.

You are up to date.
