my eye doctor recommended that i start using this heated eye pad for like 5-10min a day. its a warm pad that helps your eye glad by heating the oil so that they can be cleared of any clogs. for like 5 min after using it its really had to see because theres more oils on your eye. its weird

i realized in the middle of the Sugar set last night that when i first started listening to Sugar in the 90s i never thought i woudl see these songs live. and they were so great last night. if bob mould wanted to just print money he should tour sugar like every other year or so.
