The average life expectancy of a new Russian recruit—from arrival at a training ground to death in a combat zone—lies somewhere between 10 days and three weeks. Once sent onto the battlefield, they survive an average of 20 to 35 minutes. @peterfrankopan.bsky.social foreignpolicy.com/2026/06/25/r...

ABC and CBS paid Trump. NBC gave to his ballroom. Scott Pelley took a stand and was fired. CNN is next. When Trump sued me, I fought and won. It is that spirit I brought to Democracy Docket. Fearlessly independent, always pro-democracy. Help it grow by subscribing now. bit.ly/4qmEiFz

Image reminds me of 1970s wallpaper feature that was popular back then. We were more adventurous with home decorating back then today its all about open plan minimalist approach & huge TVs! So you feel like you're at the stadium bcz screen so large you concentrate more on the screen than the game!

I was driving along the eastern Pacific coastline of Hualien, Taiwan. The sun was setting on the western side of the island, and to the east, a tropical storm was on the horizon. #landscapephotography #landscape #seascapephotography #seascape #naturephotography #nature #eastcoastkin #photography

Starting December 2026, men aged 18-25 will automatically be registered to the military draft pool. To be clear, a 5x draft dodger wants other people’s children to sacrifice their lives for him but he doesn’t want those same children to be automatically registered to vote.

The response when progressive policies that help millions of people are proposed... "How will you pay for it?" The response when the richest 1% ask for tax cuts, or banks ask for bailouts, or defense contractors ask for more contracts... "How much do you need?" It doesn't have to be this way.

Presidents shouldn't be able to fire or interfere with their own investigations like Trump did with Mueller. They also shouldn't be eligible for office after committing treason, or be able to wage illegal wars or use the military to terrorize immigrants and citizens. None of this should be happening

I'm confused how an American president can reduce sanctions on two countries currently killing American citizens and others and remain in office. Perhaps 'treason' means something different in the US?

A reminder that every single member of the military who dies in the illegal Iran War sacrificed their lives whilst the convicted felon 5x draft dodger who started the war is either having lavish dinners or is on the golf course whilst both of his disgusting sons grift.

To the "I didn't vote for this" folks. You voted for a convicted felon. A twice-impeached president. A man found liable for sexual abuse, who tried to overthrow an election. And now gas prices are surging, we're at war, and soldiers are coming home in coffins. This is what you voted for. All of it.

ICE and the Whipple building is now taking their car keys and not giving them back to released people. They are saying immigrants can’t drive in Minnesota. Not the law here! They can get a drivers license too. It’s another way of being cruel and disrespectful.

Tulsi Moscow Gabbard opened a fake investigation over claims that Venezuela hacked voting machines in Puerto Rico and she found zero evidence. She should be in jail for being a known Russian asset and instead she’s in charge of US intelligence. What a disgrace.

Georgia Rep. Barry Loudermilk (R) announced he will not run for reelection this year; he's the latest Republican to retire amid what’s shaping up to be a tough midterm for the GOP. Loudermilk was first elected to Congress in 2014.
