Jack Smith: "Our investigation developed proof beyond a reasonable doubt that President Trump engaged in serious crimes against our nation ... rather than accept his defeat in the 2020 election, he engaged in a criminal scheme to overturn the results and prevent the lawful transfer of power"

Don't use USPS for mail-in voting. The fix is in.

Most states have a drop-off point, and I think that would be a much more reliable resource to use compared to the mail-in system. Granted, if youโ€™re in the military, I think this will affect you the most, but if they block the military ballots, Iโ€™d say thereโ€™d be some hell to pay!

Flock cameras are unconstitutional because their automated license plate readers continuously track and log vehicle movements into a searchable nationwide database without a warrant. Rulings like Carpenter v. US require warrants for digital tracking technologies like cell-phone location data.

We absolutely are better for having had Dolly in our lives.

This is truly heartbreaking. Dolly Parton was an extraordinary person and an irreplaceable champion of the working class. We are a better country because of her.

Food companies wanted deregulation. Now there are dozens of recalls across the country. Mining companies wanted deregulation. Now the black lung rate is at a 45-year high. Financial companies wanted deregulation. Now financial losses to fraud are the highest on record. Noticing a pattern?

So just noticed a flock camera at a relatively unimportant intersection. Is it a coincidence that these cameras are proliferating at the same time there are data centers being built coast-to-coast? Congratulations America, we now live in a 24x7 surveillance state. So much for the 4th ammendment.

Ammendment 4 would have ended one person one vote and enabled minority rule for ballot initiatives in Missouri. The voters knew what to do.
