Not much of a poster. Have been on a journey, still cruising along with my wife, my boy, my lurcher ((RIP) and too many bikes. I read a lot, i listen to music, i run in the woods, fields and fells. Be nice, people. We don't get many laps of the sun!

There's no so many things as righteous and wonderful as a little pootle on the BFe push iron to the local brewery for a pint (or 2) in the sun. Keeping it local with Cotic and Drone Valley Brewery. Both within 2 miles of my house. Winning
